Weigh In, 10/22/2010
The last time I stepped on a scale it was the beginning of September and I weighed in at 234.2 pounds. When I got up this morning to get on the scale for the first time in over a month I was more than a little worried. I was worried that I had undone a lot of the workouts and disciple in a little under a month. Well, I weighed 243.8 this morning. I gained a little under 10 pounds.
My biggest fear was that I was going to be above 250 again, but thankfully I was at least able to stay under that. Now I just need to begin working hard again and hopefully soon I will be under the big 200. I am surprisingly content with 243.8, like I said I was worried it would be worse.
Beginning this week I am gonna start counting most of my calories again and will be getting back to the gym. I’m not too good with rules, I am too willing to ignore them, so I am gonna just try hard to keep my goals in mind.
